Kiss commenced business in 1988 as Adrot Nigeria Limited, with core competence in the provision of services for the entertainment industry. Its services offered then included equipment hire, stage management, and artist management. In 2005, Adrot was renamed Kiss Events Managers as a result of new investors and a broadening of its scope of services offered.
